- I am a Mayo Clinic and Harvard-trained psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience working in healthcare and an extensive background in basic science and clinical research, public health, ethics, speaking, publishing, and developing programs to integrate worldview and medicine. After completing my undergraduate and medical school education on full-tuition academic scholarships, I completed my medical residency in psychiatry at the University of Washington where I served as chief resident and graduated with a distinction in advanced psychotherapy. Currently, I hold a faculty appointment at UW as a clinical instructor training future generations of doctors. I am also board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
