- David Tabby, D.O. is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry since 1989. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He is endorsed by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers since 2007. Dr. Tabby was born in Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1980 with a degree in Population Biology. He earned his Osteopathic Medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984 and completed his Neurology residency at Jefferson in 1988 with Robert Schwartzman, MD z'l. He has practiced in the greater Philadelphia region since then. He was an associate professor at Drexel University College of Medicine from 2002 to 2014. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians. Dr. Tabby is an MS Society "Partner in Care." He was inducted into the National MS Society's Health Professional Volunteer Hall of Fame.
