Dr. Schlossman has contributed to the medical literature with several publications, including works on electronic health records (EHRs), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment, and immunotoxins for T-acute lymphoblastic leukemic meningitis, which have been cited multiple times in academic circles. He currently teaches a course on Human Factors in Healthcare IT at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Graduate Program in Health Informatics and works with the HL7 EHR Work Group on standards-based approaches to reducing clinician burden and burnout.
