  I believe in keeping the process straightforward. For conditions like ADHD, depression, and anxiety, the right medications can be truly life-changing, and I don’t believe in making people jump through unnecessary hoops to access the care they need. And while medication can play a powerful role in mental health treatment, I firmly believe it’s not always the answer—and it’s rarely the only answer.
