Overview of Dr. Phillips
Dr. David Phillips is an Adult and Pediatric Neurosurgeon, and the Medical Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Good Samaritan University Hospital. He is an experienced neurosurgeon, with additional expertise in epilepsy surgery, hydrocephalus, and minimally invasive surgery. He has worked in academic medical centers in Canada, California and New York, winning awards for training residents and fellows in neurosurgery. Dr. Phillips has an excellent support team and works with the members of Long Island Brain and Spine to provide high-quality care for a spectrum of neurosurgical and pain management disorders. Dr. Phillips’ goal is to provide comprehensive care for Pediatric Neurosurgery patients throughout the Catholic Health system. He can consult on patients in their local hospital or at a number of clinics in Suffolk and Nassau counties.
