  • Dr. Miller received his BS degree from The Ohio State University and his MD degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his vitreoretinal surgery and diseases fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard University. Dr. Miller serves as President of Retina Associates of Cleveland and the Medical Director of Cleveland Eye and Laser Surgery Center, the largest retinal surgery center in the region. Cleveland Magazine has recognized Dr. Miller in its "Best Doctors in America" list of top retinal disease specialists every year since 2011.

    Dr. Miller's principal areas of interests are diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Dr. Miller participates in many research studies and speaks locally, nationally, and internationally about vitreoretinal diseases.
