• David Haase, MD holds dual board certifications in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, as well as a Qualification in Apheresis (QIA). A Vanderbilt University School of Medicine graduate, he completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
