- David Haase, MD holds dual board certifications in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, as well as a Qualification in Apheresis (QIA). A Vanderbilt University School of Medicine graduate, he completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Haase serves as Lead Faculty for the Institute for Functional Medicine, where he trains physicians globally on mitochondrial medicine, dementia, and the creation of health.
In 2003, Dr. Haase founded the MaxWell Clinic in Brentwood, TN, now a leading 12,000 square-foot facility dedicated to innovative diagnostics, therapeutics and optimization of the human experience. He pioneered the H.O.P.E.: Habitat Optimizing Plasma Exchange program, a cutting-edge treatment designed to enhance cognitive function and slow cognitive decline in conditions such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
