Dr. David Carroll is a General Surgeon based in Jackson, MS. He specializes in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Carroll is an alum of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and did his residency in surgery at the same institution. He brings a wealth of experience in different surgical areas including trauma and surgical critical care, colorectal surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, and his specialties. He has been serving as the Medical Director at Bariatric Surgery since 1998. Dr. Carroll is recognized as a Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He also earned a Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2012.
