Research History

  • Research FellowshipI conducted a fellowship in cancer genomics in the laboratory of Dr. James Broach, PhD. My research focused on characterizing a novel mutation associated with highly penetrant familial thyroid cancer and implementing a next-generation, high-throughput platform for de novo cancer genome assembly.2015 - 2016
  • PhD TrainingI conducted my graduate education in the laboratory of Dr. Leslie Parent, MD. Our research focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms of retroviral RNA trafficking and capsid assembly.2009 - 2013
