Dr. Darrell Pugh is a Family Physician focused on Geriatric Medicine and works with VIP Care, in The Villages, FL. He began his career as a Medical Specialist with the United States Army, serving six years. He completed his degrees as a Physician Assistant at the University of Florida and was certified in both Medicine and Surgery. He received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Family and Community Medicine at The University of Illinois School of Medicine, Peoria, Il.

Dr Pugh has experience in both outpatient and inpatient/ Hospital settings, Urgent care and Emergency Room care, as a Hospitalist as well as in Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Facility treatment. He is experienced in a wide array of adult medical conditions in both the acute and chronic settings in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
