Summary
- My professional passion is infectious diseases. I am currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Infectious Diseases at Northwestern and am working on research in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). I completed coursework in clinical investigation as part of a masters program at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. I am also a fellow at the NIH-funded Antibacterial Resistance Leadership Group (ARLG), providing me access to a network of AMR researchers, funding for my research and the ability to take part in various committees. I hope to use the knowledge and skills obtained from these experiences to continue to work study antimicrobial resistance. Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time outdoors, stargazing, reading about personal finance, playing chess and the piano, and watching NHL Blackhawks games. My hometown is Chicago and I visit often to spend time with friends and family while enjoying all the City has to offer.
