Summary
- Dr. Daniel Zaghi MD MS FAAD is a full-time board-certified dermatologist in Los Angeles, California, specializing in complex medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. He received his medical degree from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His interests in clinical research and pipeline therapeutics compelled him to obtain a Master's Degree in Clinical Investigation, which included the rigorous study of clinical trial design, epidemiology and biostatistics. Thusly, unlike most of his peers, Dr. Zaghi is uniquely able to interpret published research findings and accurately predict the impact of pipeline and FDA-approved therapies/MOAs on the dermatology landscape.
Dr. Zaghi has been in full time practice since 2015 and is experienced in many complicated dermatoses, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, vitiligo, pemphigus and alopecia areata. He is a former National Psoriasis Foundation research award recipient and has worked in multiple clinical trials of drugs now FDA approved in dermatology. He additionally has extensive training and practice in cosmetic dermatology and energy-based devices. He is considered a key opinion leader in many inflammatory dermatoses and he has more than 20 publications and 45 citings.
