- Board Certified Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician and retired Colonel in the Air Force Medical Corp. Throughout his military career, he was extensively involved in medical education, autism research, and systems-level program management. More specifically, he was the military component pediatric residency program director at the largest Air Force residency training site, was one of 12 voting members on the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Panel for Autism Spectrum Disorders, and co-developed of the Air Force's Developmental Behavioral Family Readiness Center, a hub and spoke Autism evaluation and treatment model designed to assist families impacted by ASD while serving in remote or under-served areas around the globe.
