As an Associate Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University practicing interventional cardiology in the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, I serve as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Fellowship Director for Interventional Cardiology.

My research interests and care focus on complex coronary disease, including chronic total occlusion coronary intervention, mechanical circulatory support, and procedures focused on alleviation of chronic angina.

Similarly, as part of the pulmonary hypertension team, I perform research and provide interventional care for acute pulmonary embolism, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension and other causes of pulmonary hypertension, including balloon pulmonary angioplasty, and other procedures focused on reducing morbidity from pulmonary hypertension and heart failure.
