- Dr. Daniel Landry is a private practice nephrologist working for Kidney Care & Transplant Services of New England, a group composed of 14 nephrologists, transplant/vascular access surgeons and advanced practitioners located in Springfield, MA. His group has been involved in the nephrology-based value-based care since its inception in 2017 and are currently involved in the Kidney Care First model aimed at improving the outcomes of people living with kidney disease. Dr. Landry currently serves as the Division Chief and Fellowship Program Director for Nephrology at Baystate Medical Center and the Medical Director for their Acute Dialysis and Critical Care Nephrology Programs.
