Summary
- Dr. Landolphi graduated from Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY in 1982 as valedictorian, recipient of the Joseph F. Thomas Student-Athlete Award , and president of the National Honor Society. A member of the basketball and baseball teams he was freshman basketball MVP and as a senior, he was MVP of the baseball team.
He continued his education at The Johns Hopkins University where he majored in biology and was elected to the pre-medical honor society and the Dean's List. In addition, he was a four-year letterman on the baseball team, which in his senior year ranked eighth in the nation in division III.
He received his medical degree in 1990 from New York Medical College where as a fourth year medical student, his first article was published in a medical journal. As an intern,resident and assistant chief resident at Winthrop-University Hospital, he was published twice more.
Dr.Landolphi completed his cardiology fellowship at New York Medical College in 1996. He was elected chief cardiology fellow and published his fourth paper in the Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography.
Dr. Landolphi has practiced cardiology in Deer Park, NY since 1996.He is board certified in both cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is committed to providing personal, expert cardiac care of the highest quality.
