Truth Health and Wellness, LLC was founded by Danelle Harrison, APRN, FNP-BC, who is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center with her Advanced Practice/Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Herzing University. She has vast amounts of experience, knowledge and expertise obtained through her many years of practicing in the healthcare field. Danelle has worked in trauma Level I and Level II hospital facilities where she has provided care within Medical Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, Pediatric, and Trauma Burn units. In addition Danelle has provided patients with specialty infusion therapy, wound care, and Cardiac monitoring within the home setting allowing her to navigate and gain the ability to effectively care for patients of all kinds.
