Dr. Seltzer has multiple published works and has given orthopedic research presentations both nationally and internationally. He has served as the Medical Director for the many professional sports teams, including the Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Roadrunners, Arizona Rattlers, Arizona United, Phoenix Mustangs, Phoenix Cobras. He is a founding board member and Chairman of the Quality and Performance Committee for one of the major ACO's in Arizona,, the Arizona Care Network.
