  • Dr. Mortimer is a brilliant, internationally-published physician, licensed to practice medicine in Washington State. Dr. Mortimer completed his general adult psychiatry residency training at OHSU, and then completed an additional two-year fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Mortimer is a diplomate of (- that is, he is "Board Certified" by) The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. As part of the written treatment contract, Dr. Mortimer will do his best to provide his patients with competent medical/psychiatric treatment. In return, patients (and/or the guardian if the patient is a minor) must: agree to keep all appointments and arrive on time; follow-through with agreed-on treatment; make an inviolable commitment to no self-harm; be truthful and honest; abstain from ALL alcohol, ALL cannabis, and other substances of abuse; and promptly pay any outstanding balances on the patient's account.
