Dr. D. Keegan Stombaugh is an anesthesiologist specializing in adult cardiothoracic anesthesiology and critical care medicine. He completed his medical education at Creighton University and completed residency and fellowship training in cardiothoracic anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the University of Chicago. Dr. Stombaugh is currently enrolled as a student at the University of Pennsylvania's Master's in Medical Education program. Since 2021, he has served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia. Dr. Stombaugh also serves as the co-director of the pulmonary organ system block for the second year medical students.
