• Dr. Kuriakose is a board-certified nephrologist who completed his general nephrology fellowship at Boston University and further specialized by completing a transplant nephrology fellowship at the University of Washington.
  
  He has been in practice since 2013, and previously served as the section chief and medical director of the kidney transplant program at AdventHealth Orlando, having led one of the largest nephrology divisions in the country before relocating back to the Pacific Northwest in 2023.
  
  Dr. Kuriakose’s expertise spans acute and chronic kidney disease, dialysis modalities, hypertension and all aspects of renal and pancreas transplantation. He believes strongly in a collaborative and educational approach to patient care, ultimately empowering patients to make the best possible decisions regarding their health.
