Cynthia FallHowe, MD, is a Family Medicine specialist with a subspecialty in Geriatric Medicine. She completed her medical education at the University of Colorado School of Medicine Anschutz Medical Campus in 1993, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Centura Health Corporation from 1993 to 1996. She has extensive experience in geriatrics and has served as Chief Medical Officer at Valitas from 1997 to 2018. She currently works as a Medical Review Officer at Humana and provides direct patient care at PCHC several hours per week.
