Dr. Cynthia Aks is a retired Integrative breast surgical oncologist now living in Lenexa, KS A long career and an early adaptor of technology in her field. She has is also a certified Cancer risk assessment and genetic counseling,Oncology Nutrition Consultant, Yoga therapist, Reiki Master and certified Integrative healthcare practitioner. She was the first to perform Cryoablation for cancer in Oregon, She has also been instrumental in program development for high risk breast disease and sat on multiple committees including survivorship, quality assurance and NAPBC. She received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and had practice 38years.
