Advanced practice nurse (APRN) in West Virginia since 2016. Pursued the nurse practitioner degree for more autonomy and direct patient care management. I'm passionate about evidence-based practice, multi-disciplinary collaborative care and integrating care across the continuum. My passion is cardiology, valvular heart disease, heart failure and caring for patients in general. I'm also registered in adult echocardiography since 2010 and performed pediatric echocardiograms. I’ve been practicing in the medical field for 20 years.

Assisted in establishing a structural heart program three years in a vibrant community hospital. I coordinate the care for all of our patients in our full-fledged structural heart program providing complex high risk coronary interventions, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), left atrial appendage occlusion (Watchman), percutaneous patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure, percutaneous atrial septal defect (ASD) closure, percutaneous closure of paravalvular leaks and transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair (TMVr) with MitraClip.
