Crystal Montague is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with nearly 9 years of clinical experience and expertise. Her previous appointments include Neuropsychiatric Care Center, Recovery Innovations, Freedom Psychiatry Services, and the Behavioral Health Team at Wilson Medical Center. She has a wide variety of experience treating several mental health conditions, including substance abuse and addiction. She is a two-time graduate of Winston-Salem State University and the University of South Alabama obtaining her Psychiatry Specialization. Currently, she is completing her doctoral studies in Psychiatry at the University of South Alabama and will graduate in December 2022.
