• With over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, I am a seasoned clinical pharmacist specializing in integrated ambulatory patient care. My expertise spans medication therapy management, TSBP collaborative practice agreement centralized refill clinics, discharge patient planning and counseling, and managing DOAC and CHF therapies. Additionally, I have experience interviewing and onboarding newly hired pharmacists and technicians. In my current role, I also serve as a member of the Ask My Pharmacist innovation committee, collaborated on developing a controlled substances continuing education module, and remain focused on implementing innovative solutions to enhance patient care in whatever capacity is needed.
