- I’m a general surgeon in my senior years of training, aiming in a specialization in surgical oncology, with special focus on diseases of the pancreas, liver, and biliary tract.
Parallel to my surgical training and clinical duties, I am heavily involved in translational cancer research, studying the role of different components of the immune system in pancreatic cancer development as well as the early steps of liver metastasis.
