- I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master of Public Health before earning a second Master in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California – Keck School of Medicine. I am certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and hold a Plant Based Nutrition Certification. I am passionate about lifestyle medicine and supporting healthy behaviors to improve overall health. My clinical interests include chronic disease management: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and obesity and weight management.
