• Dr. Cindy C. Grubin received her degree in Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She is currently practicing at an OASAS / CARF certified Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility. Dr. Grubin has greater than 30 years’ experience in patient care, has a DATA 2000 high volume waiver, and is / has been an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Medicine, and American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Grubin’s experience includes over 20 years private practice; Associate Director of a Family Medicine Residency Program; Piloting a new Multidisciplinary Wellness Clinic for a Major Hospital Organization; Medical Director of a Hospital Based Article 28 Clinic Dr. Grubin is a strong advocate for treating and healing the WHOLE person – Body, Mind and Spirit. Her professional interests currently focus on the multifocal treatment of substance use disorders. Her current projects include editing and updating Addiction Medicine treatment manuscripts and providing daily treatment to persons with addictions.
