Summary
- Dr. Mimikos received her medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at Michigan State University and her fellowship in head and neck surgery from Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Dr. Mimikos is particularly interested the treatment of head and neck cancers, and reconstruction after cancer surgery. She joined the MaineHealth Cancer Care Network in 2018 as a dedicated head and neck cancer surgeon. Dr. Mimikos is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She also serves as a Vice Chair of Surgery, Operations, and the Medical Director of the Operating Room and Perioperative Services at Maine Medical Center
