I am an inpatient pharmacist at John Muir Health and adjunct faculty at Touro University California. I am a former lifestyle blogger and YouTuber. I graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a B.S. in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology. I have my PharmD (Doctorate of Pharmacy) from Touro University California.

My goal is to provide optimal healthcare to patients of all backgrounds and to break down health disparities amongst underserved communities. I am highly interested in pharmacovigilance and drug information. There is a common misconception that pharmacists stand behind a counter all day at a retail pharmacy counting pills. Pharmacists are doctors (PharmD, not MD), can provide medication consults to physicians, administer vaccinations, make dose adjustments in the clinical setting, attending codes, in addition to furnishing contraceptives, travel medications, and more! The role of the pharmacist is expanding and most pharmacists are overeducated and underutilized within the profession of pharmacy.
