• Clinical Interests:
  
  Use of evidence-based practices to serve the local community regarding child and adolescent behavioral health needs, including behavioral issues, difficulties with attention and hyperactivity, and anxiety. Of particular interest is providing services that are co-located or integrated with primary care and the health center to improve collaboration between medical and behavioral health providers as well as treatment outcomes. Clinical services within these medical settings include diagnostic assessment or screening, brief interventions, short-term treatment, and coordination of referrals for longer-term or specialized needs. Common referral concerns include assisting with adjustment to chronic and acute illness, medical treatment adherence, toileting difficulties, sleep difficulties, and coping with pain among others.
