Overview of Dr. Nwankwo
I am the head of orthopedic trauma surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. I completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship and an AO trauma fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. I have a clinical interest in orthopedic trauma in urban settings, pelvic and acetabular injury, and hip arthroplasty. I hope to advance the field of orthopedic surgery through biomechanical and clinical research endeavors throughout the course of my career.
