  • Charlotte Cunningham-Rundles, MD, is an immunologist based in New York, NY. She completed her medical education at Columbia University and NYU, followed by a PhD in Immunology from NYU. She has served as a professor at the Clinical Immunology Division in the Department of Medicine, and the Department of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai since 1986. Her expertise lies in primary immunodeficiency and antibody production defects, and she has contributed numerous publications on these topics. Cunningham-Rundles has participated in clinical trials on various formulations of intravenous immune globulins, and a study on interleukin 2 for T cell defects in common variable immunodeficiency. She has been recognized with Fellow status from the Clinical Immunology Society and various accolades, including "Top Doctors" listings from Castle Connolly for two decades.
