Despite obtaining a second re-certification within the last two years, I am happily retired as of June 2014. Too often the system abused doctors who fought back with many unnecessary surgeries or contraindicated surgeries. Furthermore, my wife retired a few years back as a Nephrologist and became my travel agent. No longer does my solo-practice compromise my long and frequent travels.
