- Dr. Chin is a native of Louisiana, who trained and practiced on both east and west coasts. He has performed many minimally invasive surgeries including sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, and revisional surgeries. His diverse experience has allowed him to achieve a great depth of knowledge in bariatric surgery. He is Board Certified in Bariatric and General Surgery, and a Fellow in the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. In addition to his clinical expertise, he has research experience and has had multiple publications in bariatric surgery and sleeve gastrectomy. Dr. Chin has chosen to dedicate himself to helping individuals overcome their struggles with obesity. He understands the hardships associated with the disease and seeks to improve the lives of each patient.
