Dr. Chandni J. Patel is a board certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care services to persons of all ages. A physician who believes in taking care of the individual as well as families. She is specialized in Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Preventative Medicine, and Women’s Health. Her objective is to focus on the overall mental and physical well-being of her patients with a patient centered approach.

Dr. Patel obtained her bachelor's degree from Montclair State University in NJ and medical degree from Aureus University School of Medicine in Aruba. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center.
