I am a Nurse Practitioner with advanced psychiatric training. My journey in healthcare has been fueled by a deep passion and curiosity for helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and find meaningful and fulfilling lives.
My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenges such as trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression and other hurdles in mental health. I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the world’s most respected health and mental health settings. It’s exciting to be able to extend this experience into serving patients in private practice.
Collaboration and education are central to my approach.
