Summary

• My entire career was spent in Menomonie, WI. I worked 5 years at the then Red Cedar Clinic, now part of the Mayo Health System, and spent the remaining 25 years in my solo practice called Physician's Eye Clinic, LTD. I sold my practice to Mayo in 2003, worked for them a short time, took off a few years then started to do locums. Did one for two years at Southwest Ophthalmology/Avera in Marshall, MN and one for a year at ACMC in Willmar, MN. Joined Southdale Eye in November 2011 and worked until winter 2020, when COVID closed it down. I joined the MSP VA in January 2020, but because of COVID, I did not start seeing patients until September 2020. I worked in the eye clinic part time until the end of January 2023. Currently I work in their Community Care Program.
  
  My interests outside of ophthalmology mainly involves music and playing tuba in The Ludington Guard Band, a concert band in Menomonie, WI, founded in 1888, a member since 1974 . I also play in a Dixieland ensemble called the Whitepine Ramblers and an old time music ensemble called Red Cedar Mudcats. During my 30 year ophthalmology career, I was a member of WIPRO. I continue to be a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology (was a board member for a number of years) and Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology. I have been a member of the Rotary Club of Menomonie since 1974.
