• I have over 30 years experience as a veteran family physician who has worked in clinical medicine, hospital based medicine, and as a Medical Director for several long term care facilities. My newest medical practice is WellCraft Health. I offer custom, well crafted medical care to my patients, and actively coordinate their medical care through an increasingly complicated medical system.
  
  I love practicing medicine again, providing much needed medical care to a small rural NC community, and enjoying the small pleasures of country living amidst large lakes, forests, and wild life. Life is slower and relationships are more personal. My patients have my cell # and I am available by phone or text.
  
  HOW ??? I quit the treadmill of health insurance driven medicine. I can offer my patients more time & attention, better medical care & support, AND no long waits. I can work directly with specialists from any medical system including those from UNC, ECU, Duke, Novant, Atrium, Wake Forest, and Bon Secours. My patients love WellCraft Health and having their own, personal family physician. They love having appointments in days - and sometimes the same day - with no long waits. They love having real conversations with their doctor and being confident they are being well taken care of.
