Summary

• Carol started her nursing career but assisting in caring for her Grandfather who has Alzheimers, during this time she noticed a gap in the health care system. She then decided to become a nurse, once she became a nurse she worked in Home Health, Med Surg and finally Emergency. Throughout the process she determined that caring for people in the Primary Care setting would be a better place to make changes in the lives of those within her community. She completed her bachelors and masters degrees while in a duel degree program in just under 3 years. As Family Nurse Practitioner, it has become her goal to provide the best possible care to all of her patients and their families. A firm believer that there is always an opportunity to learn something in every situation and from every person we contact she will always continue to educate herself in new ways to care for her patients.
