- I am Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota Medical School, and Senior Staff Psychiatrist at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, where I am also a staff physician at the Minnesota Regional Sleep Disorders Center. My primary research area involves the Parasomnias (sleep behavioral and emotional disorders), including REM sleep behavior disorder, sleep related eating disorder, sexsomnia, sleepwalking, sleep terrors, etc. I am also interested in the forensic aspects of the parasomnias, and I am a founding member of Sleep Forensics Associates.
