Dr. Carlos Rivera is an internal medicine specialist based in Houston, TX. He completed his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in 2001 and his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2004. Since 2005, Dr. Rivera has served as a faculty/hospitalist at St. Luke's Health - Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and as an internist at Kelsey-Seybold Medical Group - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Meyerland, where he also held the position of Managing Physician from 2018 to 2024.
