Summary

  • I have spent the last 25 + years researching and integrating functional medicine and traditional medicine. I specialize in finding the root cause of dysfunctions in my patients. 80% of chronic diseases can be attributed to poor lifestyle choices so we emphasize Lifestyle as the 1st Rx by recommending a plant strong diet, daily movement, optimal sleep and opitmal stress response. I spend mcuh of my time balancing patients hormonal systems including thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones. We don't get "old" because we age but because of hormone decline and rampant inflammation and oxidation. The net affect is a broken metabolism, sick mitochondria, imalanaced immune systems and weakened natural repair mechanisms.
