He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbus-Cabrini Medical Center affiliate of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, IL. He has additional residency training in Family Medicine at Swedish Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago, IL, and General Surgery at Navy Medical Center, Lima Peru. He graduated from FVNU Medical School, Lima Peru.
    Dr. Arauco currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Gainesville since 8/2020 and practices as a faculty at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola since 2017. His accolades include the National Defense Service Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal from his outstanding service in the United States Air Force, where he held the position of Chief of Maternal Child Flight. Dr. Arauco was recognized as the Best Resident Teacher at Northwestern University Medical School twice. He was recognized for outstanding service as the physician of the year at Provident Hospital of Cook County, Chicago IL
