He is experienced in hypertension, valvular heart disease, cardiac catheterization, heart failure, cardiovascular education, and cardiac critical care. He founded the Teaching Service for PA students and medical students at Centra Heart and Vascular Institute. He is the Medical Director of the first dedicated PA Cardiology Fellowship in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has several publications and over 200 citings.
