Summary
- I am a board certified neurologist with subspecialty certifications in neuromuscular and sleep medicine and vascular neurology. I have over 40 years of experience as a neurologist. I enjoy seeing patients and trying to help them.
I also love research and was previously on the faculty at CWRU. Major publications are in neuromuscular disorders, myasthenia gravis, rippling muscles. In the past (many moons ago) did laboratory work on brain mitochondria and Reye's Syndrome, and muscle mitochondria and dystrophies.
Labs in my office include EMG & NCVs, video-monitoring EEG (the only epilepsy monitoring unit between Cleveland and Pittsburgh), and a sleep laboratory with both all night polysomnography and home sleep apnea testing.
