  As a PA at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, I provide high-quality, culturally appropriate primary care services to underserved patients of all ages. I lead a quality metric project to improve clinical care gaps and streamline the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit process through Epic analytics, quality improvement, and an interdisciplinary team.
  
  In addition to my current role, I have experience as a family medicine Physician Associate at Santiam Hospital & Clinics. In these roles and on clinical rotations, I have evaluated and treated the spectrum of primary care acute and chronic conditions, including providing care for complex mental health cases and gastrointestinal, neurological, endocrine, orthopedic, and infectious disease conditions. I have performed joint and tendon injections, toenail extractions, and simple biopsies. During clinical rotations, I first assisted in orthopedic and general surgeries, worked in an intensive care unit, and evaluated and treated patients in a specialty women's health clinic.
