I am an Integrative Nurse Practitioner, meaning I specialize in combining evidence based complementary and alternative health interventions with conventional medicine. I am a Fellow in Integrative Medicine with the University of Arizona Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, and I have special advanced training and experience in Mindfulness, Mindful and Intuitive Eating, and Yoga. In addition to my Nurse Practitioner education from the University of Pennsylvania, I also have a Masters in Health Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from UCSF.
