    He has authored over 130 peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters, with a research focus on outcomes in total joint arthroplasty, periprosthetic joint infection, and implant design. He is a principal investigator in multiple ongoing clinical trials and an invited speaker at national and international meetings.

    A past President of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), Dr. Springer has received numerous honors, including the AAHKS Emerging Leader Award and the James A. Rand Young Investigator’s Award. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an active contributor to national initiatives in value-based care and implant standardization.
